What a great experience! Melanie hypnotized me 2 weeks ago, and have not even thought about cigarettes. I had another hypnotist 12 years ago, which didn’t work at all. Thank you so much.

I am glad I found Melanie, she really helped me with my issue. I have lost my constant cravings of sweets, I’m not as hungry anymore and I’m able to limit my portion size. I have known Melanie for many years not long ago i was having a lot of trouble sleeping. I call and told her what was going on in my life and how I was not sleeping she said she could help me. She said I would need 3 sessions with her and some dedication on my part to follow what she tells me. I agreed and I had my first session I felt good after the session and had some good and bad nights told this to her and she quickly came up with a answer. Second session felt even better her new idea and recording worked like a charm. The third session was even better I am now sleeping at night with no trouble thanks to Melanie

After struggling the last several years at losing weight, I decided to try hypnosis as it was one thing I haven't tried before. I was thankful for the video conference feature for the convenience of participating where ever I was. Even though we were speaking to each other virtually, when I would close by eyes and listen to her words, it felt like she was right there with me. Melanie has a soothing and calming demeanor that resonates through her hypnotherapy sessions. I had 4 sessions at once a week, and I'm proud to say that after the first session, I had a HUGE change in my eating habits (candy free for 4 weeks and counting), something I wasn't able to accomplish with the countless programs, medications, and cognitive behavioral therapy I have tried in the past. She gives you the tools you need for carryover after sessions, and for the first time in the last 15 years, I can say I feel confident with who I am and how I'm going to achieve a healthier life. Melanie is very knowledgeable and personable. She’s down to earth and straight forward while also kind and understanding.
The hypnosis sessions were very thorough. I often felt relaxed and calm afterward and would self-reflect the rest of the evening.
My final session was a few weeks ago and I still feel that some of the items I wanted to let go of are gone or at least not held as tightly.
In addition, I’ve seen improvements in mood and minor areas as a result.
