Hi! This is Alisa. I had an appointment at Aventhealth in Trinity about two weeks ago and I use my insurance's transportation service to get to and from all of our medical appointments. After my appointment was over, I proceeded to wait with my toddler in the waiting room for almost an hour and a half, waiting on my ride, who stated he was five minutes away and realistically speaking, he had just got in route. This lovely staff member at the front desk chose to stay after with us. It was storming profusely bad outside and her compassion was contagious. May I mention, their location closes at 5pm! She reassured me that it was okay and she didn't mind whatsoever. She even went as far as giving me two waters and a snack for my daughter. When my ride had finally arrived, she walked us out to the vehicle, helped me with our belongings and said her good bye's and wholeheartedly, it was great service and I'm disappointed that I didn't get her name. Regardless of the fact, she was exceptional and for that, I wish I could give the whole clinic more than five stars! Thank you.

Dr Renelus is amazing!!! We found her thru my daughters high school sports department. If you are looking for a family practice doctor or a sports medicine doctor, she is the one. Love Love Love her. Words cant describe how great her and her office staff treated us. Thank You!!!

I just had a new-patient appointment with Dr. Renelus, and I am extremely impressed. She really took the time to listen to me, and her staff was very professional and friendly. I am confident I have FINALLY found a doctor that I can depend on to give me up-to-date advice and help me make healthcare decisions.
