“HAPPY POST BABY MAMA!! What an amazing experience!! I started going postpartum . I had a cesarean and was very intimidated about getting back into exercise once I was cleared to do so. This was gentle however still challenging I got an amazing workout and left feeling so relaxed and powerful. I took 3 classes and saw results in loosing the water I was holding onto after baby that puffy look started to disappear. The environment is so welcoming and empowering. “This is my 1st time taking my dog to Urgent Vet on SR54 Odessa. I was nervous going in not knowing the staff and expecting a hospital wait and a huge vet bill. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm and caring the staff was. I hardly had to wait even though the website had an alert saying it would be 85-95 minute wait without an appointment.
