Bayside Waters 55+ Lifestyle Community

A wonderful, quiet 55+ modular home community with an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. A dinner/civic room, pool tables, cards tables and a library are inside the community center. Great grassy park area on Tampa Bay with a Gazebo (being built), benches and picnic tables. The homes are well maintained and cared for. We are in the process of purchasing a reasonably priced home here currently. The only downfall we've found is the very heavy traffic just outside the park. US19 is very busy during the daytime.

Loved living there but owner money hungry. Doesn't care about the senior citizens who will get in there 20 30 years ago raised their rent and now they can't afford it he's a money hungry and that's all he cares about when I move back there sure if the rent came down and it wasn't $1,000 a month. There's other beautiful parks that offer a lot more amenities for less.

Most people don't think about the store being a block away but coming home takes a couple miles of Us19 ramps because there is no other route home. Traffic outside the park is insane during the work week. Very nice park though, very pretty view of the water, very pleasant community.
