The homes cost more than in rental parks because you buy a share of the community with it. 100% of the homes are resident-owned. It's like a condo in that you pay monthly maintenance fees and not arbitrary lot rent. You can rent in here, but not less than 3 months or more than six and you have to be 55+ and pass a background check whether you buy or rent. So no in and out Air BnB college students or any of that nonsense. Quiet but fun community.

The Village is well kept, well maintained. Homes are well kept, and lots of activities for us Senior Citizens.
Located of Hwy 19 near Clearwater, Fl. Very nice community. -

(February 19, 2021, 2:54 am)Wonderful mobile park on the bay with 2 piers for fishing also a boat ramp. Plenty activities with heated pool and jacuzzi
