Family Dollar

This is the first time in a long time I've been in THIS Family Dollar store. I got VERY lucky with Tee shirts and matching leggings... $2.50 each, as well the very hard to find emergency candles. {I use these to make 1000hr candles for Florida hurricane blackouts} lots of great sales, as well VERY nice folks who helped me find the things I needed, as well as the cashier's. I was surprised at what I've been missing! Lots of cool stuff!

Friendly & helpful staff, but was way understaffed with only 2 people working in the whole store. Prices on many items can't be beat- even on Amazon. We go here often for necessities & usually buy much more than we came in for due to some of the awesome deals there- especially on things like laundry supplies, dish soaps, personal hygiene products & even snacks/food. They also usually have just what I'm looking for & at great prices!!. Would give them 4.5 stars

Went to the store today on Superbowl Sunday and There was only 1 young clerk working the entire store.
There was a long line but to watch this clerk not only work the line like a pro, swiftly and accommodating each and every customer while maintaining a beautiful smile and conversation proved to me that excellent customer care is alive and well. I met some great folks in that line and I hope to have the same clerk again 1 day so I can say Thank you for making my day.
