“We have been coming to Advanced Automotive for a couple of years now. I was referred by a good friend and it has paid off very well. We have brought 3 vehicles to them several times for different things. Initially, to give them a thorough servicing, continual service, such as oil changes, and repairs when things have not gone our way. Most recently, at the end of a camping trip, our truck wouldn't start. I called John and he asked a few questions and gave several options. We were able to get it started and began our journey home. When we pulled off for a quick bite, we couldn't get it started again. We called John and we made arrangements to have the truck towed to the shop. They stayed until the truck got there, diagnosed it quickly and had it repaired the next day. Advanced Automotive is professional, always courteous, belief in fixing/repairing the vehicles correctly instead of the cheapest fix which would cause us to keep coming back for the same repair. Instead, we keep going back because the business treats us like appreciated, wanted, customers. We are happy to give this review, as we appreciate them!
