“The wine tasting is free, which is a great start to your visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only catch to the free tasting is that they pick the wines up to a point. (They’ll choose two wines and one is dry, etc.) at the end you get one of your own choosing to taste. No complaints here, just an observation. If you want to taste more, you can pick 4 for $10. So, overall a wonderfully economical experience. We enjoyed their selections. The category five was very good. Their smoothies were fantastic! You have to go through some traffic to get here but we enjoyed ourselves. Worth it.”

“I'm thankful every time I return to PALMS, that NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL after playing games for many hours, in the end told me they don't see patients from out of Pinellas County as they aren't in their system! . Say what???? Yes! You heard correct! Anyway if wasn't for them refusing out of state orders, or better yet,, out of Pinellas County orders as their system won't allow 🤣, I would've never looked on and found PALMS of PASADENA. Whom I truly love. They are the best! From the moment you enter the first double doors and your temp taken & given a mask, to the admittance team, to the lab. I've seen a male and a woman on several occasions at the lab. She is very empathetic, gentle (rolling veins) and nice. She seems to be the only one left there, any more. He was nice. Just haven't seen him in a long while. I gave four stars, because I feel their is always room for improvement, otherwise you start to slack. A negative would be, your hospital (not emergency part) hours.. 2:30pm is just to early to start locking up, in order to be out the door before 3pm. Just a thought. Main thing is the lab has a awesome phlebotomist, and they do 99.8% of their testing in house. Thank you”
