  Such a great place to call home! We moved here from St. Louis and there were many hurdles to navigate but Shannon/Kristen were there to help every step of the way. They have gone above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. A well kept complex with nice amenities. Highly recommend!

  This has been a good place to live for the past five years, with no notable complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the grounds are neat and well maintained. Shannon and Ash in the front office have helped with numerous questions, and Tom, Dylan, and Reggie with maintenance always address reports within the same day and with no complications.
  
  That said, for people with small children, there are no suitable play areas onsite or particularly close, and residents often speed around the parking lot. Otherwise, I recommend live here and certainly will not be leaving anytime soon.

  Ash and Shannon are so helpful to me with whatever I need. They are extremely quick to respond and VERY thorough. They are also very sweet to my dog and make sure he gets a treat from them everyday. :)
  
  Bob and Dillon in maintenance are great!! All of the maintenance team is very good just not sure of their names. I haven't had many issues in my apartment in the two years I have been here but the few I have they come right up quickly and fix it. I highly recommend the verandahs.
  
  The whole complex is very well kept.

  In my experience of choosing a restaurant I always look for great service and of course great food. But service will win out. Thus is the case at the Verandahs of Brighton Bay. The property manager Kristin Johnson is so friendly, helpful and efficient at assuring you will get the apartment you desire. There are so many choices for the layout of the apartment you want that it will be a difficult choice. I definitely give Kristin 5 stars. Her staff of Shannon and Ashley follow suit as well. They are a great team and assist each other so much. The maintenance staff is very responsive and handle any needed repairs promptly and professionally. Great job Verandahs of Brighton Bay. You will also love how well kept the grounds look and if you have an animal of two you can bring them along. They are welcome with a few restrictions.

  I have been in Verandahs since April, 2019.
  In my short stay I can only say that everything has been nothing but positive.
  What little issues I had after I moved in, were taken care of within a 24 hour period.
  Ash and Shannon are fantastic, always available, and just help out when needed.
  The apartment is beautiful, spacious, just what I needed and wanted.
  Neighbors are friendly, pool is always busy on weekends.
  I love the fact they pick up your garbage, I mean come on!
  The maintenance guys get it done, and are friendly too.
  I'm a single guy with no complaints at The Verandahs of Brighton Bay!
