“the service itself was fine. I waited for my vehicle, and it took almost the exact time the service writer told me it would be. Very courteous. My biggest concern was the waiting room. Most dealers I have been to in the last few years treat waiting customers very well. Yours had no water in the fridge, no free snacks, the popcorn maker was empty, and the coffee packs needed refilling. Also got approached by a gentleman trying to buy my car for your used car lot. If I wanted to sell mine, I wouldn't waste time and money on service.”
