From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front Kat & Crystal were very pleasant and polite so they made me feel comfortable right away. When I was called back, the Assistant Denise was very welcoming and also put me at ease with her happy and knowledgeable personality. She asked some questions and explained a few things very thoroughly which also made me feel more comfortable. After X-Rays, Dr. Engelsberg came in, introduced himself and proceeded to explain all that was damaged. He was very kind, had a great personality and was very informative about the impending things that needed to be done. The whole staff that I dealt with was very kind and caring. I didn't just feel like a patient but a friend. When I was done and the cost was being discussed by Denise, I didn't just feel like a human cash register.
