Lastly, he was conscientious enough about the appearance of the car; so much so, that before I had received his written estimate or engaged in a contract, he pulled out the most obvious flaw so that until the work was done, my car would look less offensive. Everything was done as agreed and with the utmost of communication as to any change in work or timeliness. Great experience.
