The best experience one could ask for at an urgent care/ER. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and private, and there are windows! I had zero wait and got answers on my emergent medical condition in a timely and caring manner. The fact that it’s an urgent care + ER came in handy too - when my visit had to escalate, I didn’t have to go to another location. 10/10 recommend.

I was treated here for shingles this month with really good care. I had a question today about further treatment options and the nurse on the phone treated me like a standing patient. She did not insist that I go back in for another visit- great care!

I was taken care of within minutes of entering the facility. The person on the front desk was quick to respond and extremely friendly. The nurse in-charge was well educated on what she was doing and very patient. The Doctor was amazing in handling my situation. I got treated right in time and the medications given to me are working wonders until I see my allergist on Monday. Thank you for taking care of me and my condition in a very timely manner. I was in and out of the faculty within 30 minutes. I will choose Legacy ER facility in Coppell for my whole family if I have to.

I had a great experience here working with Dr. Ryan Cradeur and the nurse. The doctor was patient, attentive and professionally great at his work. The nurse was intuitive and courteous. The front desk folks are also very helpful and friendly as well. 5/5
