He went above and beyond making what is already a very stressful situation,moving, and during the holidays no less which is extra stressful and he took them extra steps to make sure that everything was easier for me. I got multiple units which I ordered online so the units were all across the facility and Robert without me even asking moved my units so that they were in the same building right near each other. He was so delightful to engage with he was professional and courteous and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile and I can not express my gratitude enough. It is refreshing to get that extra little bit of help to make things run smooth no matter what time of year but especially during the holidays when hectic is just a part of everyday for all of us. “I see some bad reviews on here and I cannot speak on those situations. But as for me I enjoyed my experience here and felt they were honest. I am a young woman and I’m so used to car guys trying to take advantage of my limited car knowledge. I went in thinking I needed new speakers and was ready to shell out the $500. But I also wanted them to double check the wiring because I knew there was a small chance it was something minor. But I don’t know what wiring looks like ya know? So rather than take advantage and lie to me to sell me new speakers. They called me back an hr later and were like “it was a loose wire, the speakers are working again” I drive a 20 year old car so grantid my audio will never sound amazing but they made it sound better than before the wire went loose and only charged me $100. The guy at the desk was really nice too. I will come back again when I need more audio stuff done :)”

“Pet center had a larger variety of animals. There were fish, birds, and small rodents, including hedgehogs, chinchillas, Guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, and rats. Rodent enclosures seemed clean; a mother hamster with babies was properly separated. I do not know fish as well, but things seemed generally clean. I did not see any obvious signs of disease-- spots, discolored eyes, etc. Staff greeted us when we came in and worked quietly checking on fish nearby us in case we needed her, which is a good way to be-- available to us but not pushy.”

“This place changed my mind entirely. They truly do care about their customers and how they feel about their tattoos. Had a tattoo done pretty bad so I came back and made a complaint. Not only did they give me a refund but they did my tattoo entirely different and exactly the way I wanted it to be. They felt really bad but they're really good with communication. I'm so happy now with my tattoo I am 100% satisfied. Bob did a fantastic job. He went out of his way and took his time out of his day to do my tattoo all over so I can be happy. I originally got my tattoo done by Eric and got it fixed up by Bob who i totally recommend. We texted and talked before the tattoo coming up with ideas. The idea was phenomenal and the tattoo is wonderful. I can now go around confident with my tattoo and show it off. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate everything you guys did. I understand why Eric had a hard time, it was a different kind of style you don't see. I'm not mad at thee previous artist, he's new and I understand it must be hard. Thank you guy's!!”

“Bought the cleanest bucket truck from Ron that you’ve ever seen! It’s a 1997 F450 with the 7.3L diesel and it only had 125,000 miles on it! Ran spectacular on our test drive and it still runs great two months later. I chose to do a review a couple of months later to ensure there were no quirks with the truck that popped up as we started working with it. Truck is still strong. Had a small hydraulic leak but that’s as expected with most older equipment like this. Controls work great, hydraulics are super strong. Purchase was effortless, Ron is super organized, I paid cash so I didn’t finance it. I was confused on the final amount and overpaid by $1000 and didn’t even realize it. Ron called me immediately and issued me a refund. I really appreciate the honesty on that! Looking forward to buying another vehicle from you guys!!!”

“Fantastic storage location. I had a storage unit with life storage in Tarpon springs for over 3 yrs (5/2017 to 10/2021) I had to do a sudden move to west coast and stored my most valued possessions there. They had great communication, let me know promptly when there were any changes. I felt safe having my worldly possessions there despite not being able to check on them or go to the unit for multiple years. The unit was spacious, clean, climate controlled and had nice security features on property. The property is well maintained and looks the same, clean tidy and safe as it did when I moved my stuff in. The location never experienced any bugs or flooding in the 3 yrs my stuff was there. When my storage unit was opened 3 yrs later (10/2021) it looked like it had been hermetically sealed. There wasn’t even dust on my stuff. Shout out to Chris: he was super helpful with the move out since I was coordinating it from over 3000 miles away. He was very patient, helpful and informative despite the debacle with my storage container and the whole move out. STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!”
