“My partner and I rented this property for a long weekend. The place was very clean and the location was exactly what we were looking for, being directly on the Gulf beach! When you open the blinds on the front windows all that you see is ocean, from a fourth-floor view! It was gorgeous! It is also within walking distance to a few restaurants and a brewery. Perfect spot to watch the sunsets each evening. We will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“The location was exceptional! Beach access and chairs with drink and food service right to your chairs was amazing! Had several of the frozen adult beverages and they were great! The crab cake BLT was delicious! The view for sunset was also unbeatable, saw that there were beach games like corn hole and beach trash can pong set up which is great for more fun! My new favorite location in this area!!”

“Had an amazing time here. Sunset inn and cottages will change the way you book your next trip. We spent 4 days in the Lookout penthouse, room was very clean and designed and decorated very nicely. It really felt like it could be home. It's right across the street from beautiful sunset beach, 5 min walk if you want to fish (I caught a snook) absolutely no traffic or noise. It's just the best way to experience the island without the hustle and bustle of the town. Thanks again to the team that treated us so great, we will definitely be back.”

“We just spent a week & wish it was a month. This place is amazing! 2 minute walk to the beach, our cottage was like a mini little tropical paradise! They offer everything we needed on site including beach chairs, boogie boards & laundry room. Brian the owner went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & comfortable. This place is definitely a must if your in the area & want a great stay at an affordable price! Can’t wait to come back.”

“This place is SO cool, such a unique venue. Understand there are rules in place that deal with the current corona virus situation, but the staff is very nice in requesting I follow all the mask and social distancing rules they have in place. In these difficult times, fresh air, cold beers and a view of the Gulf of Mexico = just what the Dr. ordered!!! I'll be back 100 times if I'm so lucky!”
