She did not realize it was supposed to be left in the refrigerator upon calling the pharmacy and notifying them that it had not been refrigerated for 2 days they gave me a bottle with no complaint and really made try understood what to do from here. I appreciate it so much that you guys can take the time to make sure your clients are being taken care of!”

Update 09/04/2019: they're becoming a little more like the big banks by introducing more fees like a paper statements fee and inactivity fees.
