“We arrived to our room with instructions on. This is a nice little spot only about 500 feet from the beach which appears to be very private as we had plenty of social distance. All of the people staying at the hotel were all very friendly and extremely helpful with getting familiar with all the hotels accommodations that were unclear. We did notice that we were missing a microwave the properties manager drove a few towns away to bring us a brand new one and show us the laundry area, and also took the time to explain anything else we needed to know. I can’t wait to visit again I was very pleased with the hotel and how it is dead center in the middle of everything. Only mins away from Johns Pass and as stated before you literally walk out your door directly on to the beach. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a grill on property.”

“Amazing getaway for our family. We stayed at the Narrows. We rented all 3 cottages for two families (4 adults and 5 kids). Very comfortable with plenty of space. Rooms and kitchens were well stocked. It was the perfect location right off the beach. Heated pool was great for the kids. They had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of pool toys for use. This was our first vacation since the pandemic started and it could not have been better. Having the whole place to ourselves was great. Beach was amazing and not crowded. Tons of great local restaurants with take out options. We will absolutely be back.”

“Just finished a 4 night stay here and everything was fantastic. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had just a regular pool view room but it was large and comfortable. Shower had good water pressure for washing off the beach. Location is great, walking distance to lots of food. This particular section of beach wasn’t crowded at all and a great relaxing atmosphere. The grills and tables were a huge plus as we were able to just grill hot dogs for lunch and save a lot of money. We don’t spend much time at pools while at the beach but they seemed to be nice if that’s your thing. Only recommendation to the hotel is to try and keep the pool towels a little better stocked. We would certainly come back and visit again without hesitation.”

“We recently rented unit 308 at the sunrise resort in st. Pete’s. This was our second time staying in this unit. It is updated and is nicely decorated. We enjoy staying at the sunrise. Such a great spot close to beach and lots of restaurants. However this time we really missed being able to use amenities at the Trade Winds across the street. This has been cancelled. The beach chairs in the unit left a lot to be desired. It would be nice to have decent chairs and an umbrella provided.”

I love that they have their own little bar and that they're right on the beach. I've never had anything go wrong with these accommodations. The also have suites for larger groups or families.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company. I wrote a request for a quote and had a phone call within 20 min. Brad gave me an amazing price and was so easy and friendly to work with. The fountain was gorgeous and like he says it tastes even better. Honestly probably the best chocolate I’ve ever had. He was 2 hours early and drove over four hours for my event. You can tell he is very passionate in his work and puts so much effort and detail into his gorgeous display. I was beyond impressed and so was everyone else.”

Received a military discount so it made our stay even more affordable, although the rates here are already amazing, and they even stocked our room with some snacks and drinks as a welcoming gift. It's right next to the water so you can enjoy the ocean breeze through the window of your rental. Very clean, the lady who booked us was very helpful and kind, and they even checked in on ur during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home style rental!”

“We purchased our retirement home and it was completed in April 2020. The place is beautiful. The park is very clean, friendly, quiet, with many amenities. I do not live there yet, but my visits so far has been great. Debbie Brown was our realtor and she was so supportive to us throughout the whole process. After the house was placed, she met all the utilities companies for us as we live in Massachusetts and was unable to be there. Debbie Brown has gone as far as waiting for our furniture delivery, watering our lawn, and being there for us under all circumstances. we are still in the process of fixing up the house and will be retiring there real soon.
