(May 20, 2019, 7:39 pm)We recently rented unit 308 at the sunrise resort in st. Pete’s. This was our second time staying in this unit. It is updated and is nicely decorated. We enjoy staying at the sunrise. Such a great spot close to beach and lots of restaurants.
However this time we really missed being able to use amenities at the Trade Winds across the street. This has been cancelled. The beach chairs in the unit left a lot to be desired. It would be nice to have decent chairs and an umbrella provided. -

(April 5, 2019, 5:40 pm)Amazing vacation at Sunrise Beach Resort. Condos are very well cared for with all the necessities. Resort staff are wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Pool is great! Close to great restaurants and activities!

(July 1, 2018, 4:47 pm)Excellent place! Each unit is owned by different people and decorated to their tastes. Summer is noisier with families and small children than winter months, which is almost exclusively adults...Lower numbered units per floor have the best views of the bay. Everything is within easy walking distance, groceries, restaurants and if needed, public transportation.
