While we weren't the ones with the clogged pipe (upstairs tenants putting food down their drains!) they were very kind about going through our space and the basement. The workmanship is top notch and I like the quality of the welds and sealed gear boxes. My only complaint is it only came with one remote control. You would think spending $9K on a boat lift would get you two remotes so you have a back up but that's apparently not the case with Deco boat lifts.”
