“The wine tasting is free, which is a great start to your visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only catch to the free tasting is that they pick the wines up to a point. (They’ll choose two wines and one is dry, etc.) at the end you get one of your own choosing to taste. No complaints here, just an observation. If you want to taste more, you can pick 4 for $10. So, overall a wonderfully economical experience. We enjoyed their selections. The category five was very good. Their smoothies were fantastic! You have to go through some traffic to get here but we enjoyed ourselves. Worth it.”

They communicated there would be a wait which wasn't long at all, in my opinion. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Velez & she is a God send. Not only did she inform me of what was going on with my baby but gave me information for future reference that would prevent a 1st time mom like me from freaking out & bringing the baby back & forth to the doctor. I wish Dr. Velez had a private practice- I'd make her my pediatrician in a heartbeat! She eased my mind & educated me. I really appreciate that.”

I have never been a classes workout person, preferring to do my own thing, but I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this community. The classes are kept at a reasonable size and the space is welcoming. I've been a member for 3 months and I always look forward to classes, attending 4-5 times a week.
