(I booked it Saturday evening). They were prompt, on-time, and very helpful. "Lisa" was extremely friendly and kind. She understood I didn't know much about the process and explained everything to me in great detail. Including the warranty, road hazard warranty, (what they meant) and explained the importance of rotating my tires and when to do so. The mechanic who worked on my tired explained in great detail what the sensor was for and that it wasn't necessary. (They completely understood that money was tight at the moment and were kind about it.) Very professional. Also, very clean restrooms and waiting area!!!! (Big plus for me!)
