This young man is above his years in maturity, professionalism, punctuality, knowledge and focus. He is respectful, clean, and meticulous. Always leaves the area he works on as is he never was there. He loves his profession and it shows in the quality of the work he does. He always explains what caused the problem, what he is going to do to fix it and how to prevent it in the future. We booked it the night before at 8pm and didn't realize it till later that night that I had got so much sun I could barely walk the next morning. My girlfriend called right before opening and asked if we would be able to cancel. The owner was very understanding and granted us a full refund. We booked this because we saw they shining reviews they received for the tours they gave. What I can contribute as far as information is their customer service is super friendly and understanding of my current issue. I would recommend St Pete Kayaking to anyone interested in doing some kayaking as if the staff is as half as friendly as the person who took the call. Then you'll be in friendly caring hands. P.S. still can't walk normally yet. Wear protection folks don't be like me ☺️”
