“We contacted LeafFilter Sunday 3/27/22, received an immediate response with a 9 a.m. appointment for Monday 3/28/22, with the saleswoman, Jillian Geysen, out of the Tampa area. She was punctual, very, very professional, and oh so knowledgeable! As customers, we could see her dedication and true involvement. On Wednesday 03/30/22, we were contacted for a possible install since they had another job canceled and we were available. So, the installers came with a full crew of very polite, professional, and knowledgeable installers who installed our filter over existing gutters which had been replaced about 2 years prior. They did an amazing job! Yes, we truly recommend them and also a neighbor stopped by giving them her name too for contact!”

“John was very knowledgeable and helpful in transferring our former business phone system to our new VOIP system. He handled the entire process for us from start to finish. “Madeira Vista Condos is the place to be! Penny and John were so welcoming and accommodating! Especially John, who is on sight. He is a friendly face who was here to answer all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable! Even right now- its our last day here, waiting for a later flight and we were concerned what we could do with the kids and our luggage. Well, John to the rescue! He put our bags in a secure location and let us hang pool side as long as needed...now that's service! Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children, stayed in units 607 (a corner unit) and the adjacent 606 unit. The views are just wow! With the *almost* floor to ceiling windows, we were able to watch dolphins in the morning while we sipped our coffee and made breakfast, and when we were ready for the beach, we only had a few short steps to get there! A highlight, is the pavilion at the bottom of the elevator...loaded with tables, pool/beach toys, and best of all...grills! There are plenty of little beach bars and grills within walking distance and a free trolley if you desire, but no need if you don't want too (also no need for a rental car! Just uber if needed!) Madeira Vista has all you need! The sand is white powder and the water is turquoise, ya can't beat it! We'll 100% be back!”

“We're in the middle of a pandemic, in Florida. I'm 71 years old with bad lungs, not a fabulous liver, & my trusted GP of 40 years told me on March 1 to stay inside until he tells me to come out. OK. I did. Unfortunately, I need to see a gynecologists' NOW. (GP agrees) This is scary, but, knowing that the gyno is Dr. Llewellyn makes it possible for me to bravely go forth & to actually look forward to seeing to see her. She is very light & funny & makes everything easier. Our last visit was by phone. Despite her family obligations, she called me at 7 PM & we spoke about my concerns at length. When I hung up, I was laughing. The last time I was there I had an ultrasound that I had done before at a different facility. It had been very painful, took forever & was deemed useless by my urologist. The same procedure at Llewellyn's was performed swiftly & smoothly, with no pain. It was uncomfortable, but had zero pain. And even I could read it! I am glad that these talented women are there. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.”

“Worked with K&M on a project to replace two vanities in our master bath with custom ones. K&M helped withe a re-design and I was very pleased with their foresight throughout the entire project. Nathan was outstanding and always communicating which I think is very important. We had some issues with their stone supplier, Stone City, which caused delays, but very happy with the end result. Would do business again and recommend K&M to anybody!”

“Beautiful little park. Several hiking trails, disc golf park, playground, bathrooms, shelters. Have seen owls, raccoons, many birds and fish. Connects to the gulf and we have launched kayaks from this park. Dogs allowed off leash at disc golf field in the morning and evening. I can't remember exact hours, they are listed.”
