“Good Times restaurant makes the most delicious crispy duck I’ve ever had! I suggest ordering the original recipe as opposed to the cherry duck because I think the cherry duck sauce is too sweet. Duck is one of my favorite dishes and I ordered it over 100 restaurants throughout the United States no one makes no restaurant makes better crispy duck than Good Times on Tierra Verde. I’ve eaten here so many times I know to reserve my duck when I make a reservation so they don’t sell out.”

The maintenance team is awesome and very quick! I barely have the need for service requests, but when I do, they fix it within 24 hours! The walk-in closets are super generous with space and the sunroom is awesome. They are very active on social media and proactively try to engage with current residents and future prospects. Certainly luxury style living with a luxury style staff!”

He is knowledgeable and was asking detailed questions about what modifications / parts / etc. on the first phone call to make sure it was ready for the dyno. I had a few issues come up, which were no fault of his, during the first couple of shakedown runs that he and his team took care. He is one who will pick up the phone and call you if there is an issue so you know what is going on. Even though the drive to his shop is 1 hour each way for me - I have no issue making that trip for the high level of service that he provides.”
