“First, I would like to address the woman who left her job and lost her group insurance and gave Pam a one Star. If you leave your job and lose your group insurance, you have to start over with an invididual policy. It has no way of coordinating with the group policy. As far as me, Pam has been an excellent agent for me and my business. She has found us the best rate on a group policy as well as assist some of my employees when they needed to buy an individual policy. I am getting ready to call her now to see if she can assist me in getting insurance for my granddaughter. I highly recommend her.”

“Had a blast here with my, wife, kids and friends. Had just got into town for a week of vacation so naturally found the closest place with pizza. The live music and draft beer made it seem like the place to walk to. They had a good kids menu for my kids and we got cheese sticks and a thin crust pizza. It had a really crispy crust and absolutely hit the spot after 2 days of driving. I'd recommend this place for any family. Super cool.”

“Received my very first tattoo from Urban Ink recently for my birthday. Visited the shop on a whim for a consultation and was able to meet with Brain Storm as he took his time and answered all of my questions and even designed my tattoo with me digitally. The time he took to spend with me shows the professionalism they have for their business! I wanted a black owned tattoo business for my first tattoo and I’m glad I found them. They took time to explain to me the downsides of the type of tattoo I wanted with specific colors I chose. The price paid was a little more than I expected as I was told by Brain Storm during my consultation that it would be less. I wish my artist would have communicated the price with me as he was going along. Overall my artist Rico stated that he has only been tattooing for about a year and he was great. He did a great job and was not heavy handed with his instruments. He took time to explain to me the colors and any concerns that he might have. I will be back once it heals to possibly add more color to my tattoo. Overall I enjoyed my experience and enjoyed talking with Rico. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. If I decide to get more in the future I will continue to choose Urban Ink of St. Pete.”

Needed to fill a perscription and the pharmacist on duty clearly cared about each customer that she helped. For me she went the extra mile to help with the right manufacturer and getting the right thing for my insurance. While she was swamped with folks needing help she seemed ti effortlessly redirect frustrated customers ( from their own doings) to help them through their situation.
