“A year ago my parents decided that they wanted to move to an Independent living facility. We visited 6 other facilities in the area and when we arrived at Regency Oaks, we all knew this was the place for them. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff is very friendly and you really feel heard. The apartment configurations and upgrades are the best in the area. You really are living in an upgraded apartment, not something worn out and beige. My mom loves to cook and she is very happy with the food offerings, and the beautifully decorated dining rooms. There are so many activities offered, and best of all, if you like to swim, they even have a large indoor pool! Who would think an indoor pool would be needed in Florida, but now they can swim rain or shine. My dad attends the “Great Courses” lectures & signs up for the field trips to the museums, and my mom belongs to 3 different bridge clubs.My parents have been more active here than they have been in the last 5 years, and I’m so happy they’ve found such a beautiful new home.”

“I cannot thank this place enough I was battling severe tooth pain for almost 2 weeks without a break and i called around and was rates from 200 to 400 for one extraction and this place talked to me today knowing I only had little money and no insurance so they extracted the tooth for what I could afford they had me come in instantly without a thought so I'm recommending them and very thankful for there kindness and help. “Take this from someone who never wants to take the time to leave a review (I felt compelled). My wife and I stayed here and had a truly unbelievable week. The resort itself is clean and quiet, however the location is perfect for a night on the town, all within walking distance (Johns pass...etc). We have in the past stayed in Cleareater, but everything is so distant and not fairly priced. After staying at IP, this will be our forever place (sorry clearwater :( ). The resort supplied water toys, beach chairs and coolers to bring to the beach (beach was a walk across the street!). There was a couple days, we never even had to leave the resort, great people who were staying there and we enjoyed the company around the tiki area. Multiple grills for us to use, and again I cannot stress enough the up-keep of the resort. Get ready for us again IP, can't wait for next time, now having a lay of the land it will only be that much better. Strong recommendation.”

We went with our three kids and while they are all pretty adventurous eaters they rarely agree. Terra Mar was the exception; all of our kids loved it!!! Definitely going again.
