“This is probably always going to be my favorite parish ever. The name alone is a perfect representation of the deep spiritual community of Espiritu Santo. As active members for over 20 years, we have friends that we consider family. It's such an active parish with ministries and outreach that include all ages. There is a school on site. Multiple masses throughout the week and weekends, with a true dedication to strong liturgy. Be sure to pick up a parish bulletin as it's always packed with information about what's happening. Parish mass times can change by a few minutes on the major holidays as there are multiple masses in multiple locations across the campus to accommodate the parish families and visitors. The music ministry is excellent. this is a parish where there's always a way to be contributing with time talent and treasure. Usually there is coffee and donuts after Sunday masses, by donation, so head over to the parish center and mingle, and feel free to introduce yourselves too!”

“A great variety of birds are located here so it's perfect for photography. They are used to people so you can get closer than normal. Go around the pond if you time is limited. Alligators can sometimes be seen when it's warm, usually in the 80s. Turtles sun themselves and fish are numerous. It is a water retention area so you don't want to fish there and sometimes there is a mass fish kill. No dogs allowed and no bicycles on the boardwalk. Feed the ducks frozen peas and corn and put your plastics in the bins. Floridians care about their parks and wildlife.”

Very knowledgeable, kind and will only do necessary (extra) dental work when your mouth and teeth need it! He is a naturalist and also has a nutrition practice in his office which means he uses a holistic approach for your dental and nutritional needs! “I love both inside and outside gardens. Great place to walk with differing paths and themes. Also unique is a wooden multilevel miniature train village that has been integrated into the landscape. Also a concert lawn just behind main building. All types of gardens. Herb garden, rose garden, oriental, prairie, water features, etc. Plenty of beautiful scenery and large enough to get many "steps" in.”

“We just stayed at the Tiki Hut cottage in March 2020 for a glorious week. Now if you are the Marriott crowd then this may not be your thing but we loved the old school vibe, friendly people and staff and the most beautiful beach in the USA only 100 steps to the sand. It didn't hurt that the week was sunny and 80 every day. The kitchen has everything you will need. The bedroom has a comfy king bed with ceiling fan. Captain Al is helpful with questions and very Knowledgeable about the area. The hot tub is fun and there are umbrellas and beach chairs for guest use. Also has bicycles that we used everyday to explore the island. THE best part of this cottage is the Tiki hut/table in the front yard facing the street. Fun people watching while enjoying a cool drink. Thank you Captain Al, Terry, Amanda and staff! Hope to be back next year!”

“This place was surprisingly cool. It’s in a sleepy beach town full of retirees, but the Crowd was surprisingly young and vibrant. Even though it was a little chilly outside and the garage-door-windows were open, it was still super comfortable. It took a few extra minutes for our server to come by and get our drink order, so we didn’t even mention there was an issue, but the manager was extra apologetic and insisted on buying our table an appetizer. It was a very nice gesture. The staff was awesome. Food was great. Absolutely plan on visiting again.”

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Butler since 2000. Thats going on 20 years. He is one of the greatest Doctors out there. He saved my life. I got all my in-laws to see him also... Mary is a saint and my lifeline when the Doctor is busy. She takes care of everything. As a Behavioral Health Care Office it’s difficult juggling all the different patient personalities and all the different medications that goes along with that. “Great location, right on the beach and it has a fence around the back of the property so if you didn't want to go out to the public beach you could still be in the sand. Rooms were nice and clean. It would be nice if there was a hot tub but otherwise really nice place and well maintained.”

“A St Louis review. Fantastic little place. You just don't get this back home. A 7-11 type place, that serves, wait for it...amazing sandwiches and coffee. Little row of tables to sit down and eat and the staff was very friendly. I would love to have a place back home like this, a place I can run in to get normal gas station items and also walk out with a great sandwich or espresso. I had the Cuban sandwich, top notch. I've heard their breakfast sandwiches are good; I'll be back tomorrow to try those as well. Nice work Abm Minimart!”
