“Really friendly staff! Clean rooms, great pool, beautiful beach access. Beautiful terraced bar/restaurant. Wasn't a huge fan of the food, but the terrace and outdoor lounge area were really nice. Complimentary breakfast is hard to do with social distancing, but they offered bagged, hot breakfast to take away every morning. Fresh coffee also. No complaints! Had a great time!”

“The food is delicious!! We eat there often. Pizza's are fantastic with a great crust and delicious toppings. One of the best pizza's in St Pete. Portions of dinners are very large. We've had wings, lasagna, salads and all have been great. The cheese ravioli with vodka sauce is AMAZING!!! Great flavor. Staff is very friendly!!!”

Everyone here that I came across and briefly chatted with were seemingly in a great mood because they all in *feel good vacation mode* as was I and my husband. :) A short walk to the beach, as well as a short walk to nearby restaurants, and a Publix closeby. “I have just been blessed with our 3rd child. All the DR’s @ Women’s care Florida were amazing! I really appreciate how thorough and open Dr. Tijerino & Dr Wouters were with discussing their plan of care for my complicated pregnancy. They allowed me to ask questions and discuss their plan of care so that I felt comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The extra time they spent explaining what was in my baby’s best and my best health plan made all the difference. My 3rd baby delivered C- Section, however this experience was by far superior in every way! Dr. Wouters was very kind and compassionate, she held me for my spinal. Made sure I was comfortable before starting my C-Section & her surgical skill fantastic! The added On-Q pain pump made my post op experience 100xs better; I was able to walk within hours... When I needed a Dr after hours, Dr Diner called me back within minutes and addressed my issues kindly and professionally. I highly recommend this group, they were fantastic!”

“Fantastic facility! My grandmother lived here years ago in The Palms. My father was at Regal and just moved to Cypress and my mother has been in Cypress for over a year. The staff is amazing and takes great care of both my mother and father. The place is spotless, the food is top notch, there are activities everyday! They take personal care and go the extra mile. They know everyone by name and the names of family members. This is a 5 star facility and by FAR the BEST in the area. I would recommend The Palms to anyone who wants the best care for their family members!! When it’s my time, I HOPE I get to live at The Palms!”

“Robert was amazing. We had a unique door that we had custom build and needed a carpenter to cut in the hardware and hang. He spent all day working hard and man did it pay off! The door is perfect and the workmanship is impeccable. He was polite, thorough and the best part - clean! He took the time to clean as he went and by the time he left, couldn’t even tell he was there. We appreciate someone that appreciates our home like that! Highly recommend and if I ever need a carpenter again, we will be calling Robert.”
