She was so funny and prepped me for my Hernia surgery. It was a very good experience. From the beginning when Cindi called me to check me in. She help me from A-to-Z. We filled out the app over the phone. Tell me what I would expect, and when to be there. Everything went as agreed. The surgeon Dr. Roer Was amazing. She answered all my questions. “The king suite with jetted tub was nice and the front desk sent up towels after I notified them that we only had one. My only complaint was that breakfast ended early and we ended up with oranges. I understand COVID precautions are in place and it is a "bagged breakfast" but I went to the breakfast room and the only thing there was a box of cold oranges. I grabbed 2 and one ended up having mold on it. The staff were nice.”
