I had an issue with my air conditioner last Saturday night and I reported it to the front desk, I wasn't expecting to receive help on a Saturday afternoon but the maintenance guy Fred was there to fix it within 20 minutes and I really appreciated of that!! They do a great job!!”

“It's a good cheap car insurance company so if you're looking to not spend that much money and you want cheap insurance gator insurance is a good place to go I only pay $78. A month for my insurance the only bad thing is is that I don't get full coverage my car is too old. I forgot to mention why my insurance is so low well I got my learner's permit back in 2016 wasn't driving didn't have a car just got my learner's permit. In December 2019. I got my first car for Christmas from my husband. When I went to Gator insurance they looked me up and I realized I've had no accidents since the year 2016 I said but I haven't been driving he said it doesn't matter you have a license a learner's permit and you haven't had any accidents it's like yeah because I didn't have a car he said it doesn't matter my insurance went down because I had my learner's permit for so long and no accidents 😂 so if you are wanting to go to Gator insurance and you don't get the same as I. don't worry they're still cheaper than any other insurance that I know but that's my opinion. I would definitely give it a try it's something to look into but I've called other insurance and they want a lot more than gator and yes I've even called The general which the general is not cheap 😂”

“We were greeted by a welcoming young gentleman who promptly shown us to our table after removing 2 of the place setting on a table for 4 people. Our waitress was very friendly and informative about the menu. My wife had the Brussel sprouts as a starter followed by the Stromboli for her entree, I had the calamari and the Lobster Ravioli for my main we shared a house salad All the food was of great value and quality and the tasty. I would recommend this restaurant but the restaurant is small in size but great atmosphere get there early. Great meal.”

“A & F Auto Repair deserves a million stars! I went there to have a new headlight assembly installed in my vehicle. Paul did an excellent job with squeezing me in to his busy schedule and gave me a very affordable price when the dealership tried to charge me twice as much for the same service! “My husband and I love St Mark's Pharmacy as our preferred pharmacy after recently switching from Walgreens. What a huge difference! The owner, Dan, always treats us like family and we've only been going to St Mark's for a few months. Whenever I have a question or a concern regarding a specific medication, he always listens, takes notes and pays attention to what I have to say, which is an experience I have never had at any other pharmacy. “I had a deep cut/split between two toes because of a fall on an outside spiral staircase. It required a number of stitches. The staff was quick, courteous, and had a sense of humor that matched our style of humor. The banter, conversation, and explanations all really helped in the treatment. I wouldn't give credence to bad ratings. People under stress are often unhappy about the best possible treatment. The staff is excellent, very capable, and compassionate. I would not hesitate to go there again”

“We remodeled two bathrooms, and are very pleased with the outcome! Jory’s team was terrific (Thomas on demolition, kept surrounding clean and safe and done quickly, Brad was an excellent foreman and did terrific work on the all the installation, and Alex was fantastic with the tile, quite the artist, painter/plasterer was quick, clean, and did a great job). Jory is all about the quality and very responsive. We did butt heads on design a bit but as we listened to Jory’s concerns and he listened to our care about we arrived at a fantastic product. We appreciate all the hard work and effort. Bathrooms are great. Recommend having a great outside designer and product person like Barbara Langan at Old World Cabinetry for fixtures also as knowledgeable people are instrumental in the outcome as well. “Retro game stores are always cool and meeting a YouTube star is even cooler! Be sure if they don’t have something on the shelf to ask if they have it in the back. I wanted “clu clu land” but it was with the box and he had way overpriced it, but if your ever in the area be sure to check it out, it’s becoming a some what of retro video game tourist location and a legendary place to locals alike due to the Aaron kosharsky lore on YouTube. It’s a experience your not gonna get from a corporate or chain business! Definitely worth at least one visit! Check it out!”

“Sandy Shores 401 My Fiancé and I stayed here for a short while as we were making a small vacation out of a wedding visit. We were a bit disappointed by how late the check-in time is, but I guess through the years they have gotten later at most places. We were able to get in an hour early, and when we needed a few extra minutes at checkout the office allowed us the time we needed which was very kind! The shower was bit slow to drain, but the condo appeared to be very clean and kept upon our arrival. There is no dish rack for handwashing dishes, so plan for time to empty the dishwasher before leaving. Most places I've stayed at ask that you run the dishwasher before leaving and they will empty it. Not this one, so just plan for this. The location is incredible, as it is directly across the street from John's Pass, full of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It is a bit far from a Liquor Store or a Grocery if you are not renting a car, however the local trolley system is very nice! We utilized it to ride up to Clearwater and back a couple of times to shop and eat. It's much cheaper than a rideshare, and they run every 30 minutes from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. Based on our experience, we would happily return!”
