“My A.C. started giving me trouble on a Saturday night at 4 pm. Called this company and he came out to the house within 2 hours of my call. He got our A.C. up and cooling again but told us we needed a new one(we already knew that from 2 previous service calls from another company). Cosmo (A.C. guys name) offered a great deal on a new unit for installation and warranty. Almost half the price quoted from the first two repair companies. He also offers an extended labor warranty that most companies do not offer. We took the deal for a new unit and handler. Cosmo ordered the parts on Monday, and they were delivered on Wednesday. Installation was done on Thursday(he offered to do it on Wednesday but we had scheduling issues). He arrived Thursday at 8:45 am, and was done by 3:00 pm. Very professional. The only thing that could be considered a downside to some people is that he is a small independent company. I like that because they usually give better long term quality service. Also better prices than the big boys. Overall I would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again.”
