Springs at Posner Park Apartments

This place is GREAT! The staff are friendly and everything is brand new! I'm lucky enough to have nice neighbors, which is a big plus. There were a few minor problems, moving into a brand new apartment; however, once I told the Management, they fixed it immediately. There is a mall across the street, so you could get almost everything you need, just by walking across the street. Hope you are lucky enough to find your new home here.

Came here with my little sister, we had no appointment as it was purley spontaneous. Ron greeted us at the door and was very helpful. He toured us through the entire community and was patient and thorough. The community was clean and the staff very hospitable, cant beat the access control! 10 out of 10 in my book!

I love living here at the apartments. The layout is great, only 2 stories and everyone, including 2nd floor has their own private entrance. Pet friendly but extremely clean without the constant piles of dog poop you see at other places. Sam was the leasing agent that helped us and she was awesome. Super friendly , nice and answered all my questions, I ask a lot of questions. The ladies at the front are super nice especially Savannah. The maintenance guys are also friendly and helpful. Free coffee, soda and water is also a plus. For being inside of Posner, it’s surprisingly quiet.

I found the springs when searching for garden style apartments. I was immediately drawn by the style of the community and the generous floor plans. I decided to reach out to set up a tour and I was not disappointed. While I worked with Savannah specifically, the entire leasing team is extremely helpful and kind. Savannah jumped through hoops to help get us in the door. We moved from the northeast and moving across country is no easy feat, but the team worked with us to make the move as seamless as possible. From video tours, to constant and clear communication this was an amazing process. My wife and I are extremely excited to continue our lives here in Davenport and the Springs made that possible.

I’m not one who usually writes review however I felt today would be the day to write one. Springs at Posner Park was my top choice after viewing so many other locations! These apartments are absolutely beautiful. Dana was the reason I signed my lease. She was so great! Upon signing my lease I sat with Lyraine and we literally laughed the whole time. When I brought my son to see our new home the staff welcomed him and it made me feel like I definitely made the right choice. Despite a few mishaps, which has since been corrected, I’m very pleased. Everyone has been great but the maintenance team is the reason I’m giving Springs 5 stars! I just wanted to take this time to acknowledge the Maintenance supervisor and his team here at Springs at Posner Park. I felt they went above and beyond today! I want you guys to know that I truly appreciate what you’ve done for me. Today you’ve shown what the pledge here at springs truly means and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. I know on a daily basis that you guys have a large amount of things that needs to be done and yet you still took time out to assist me when you could have easily said no. So again, I just wanna say thank you so much and you guys keep up the good work.
