  Had an issue with a tire and stopped into Fields Mercedes. Met with Service Advisor Ms. Natalie Torres who was nothing but OUTSTANDING..!! She was very professional, courteous, caring and knowledgeable. She was able to arrange to have a new tire ordered and picked up from Tampa. Shortly after the tires arrival to Lakeland, the service was completed. Natalie kept me apprised to the timing and status of the service. She arranged to have my car washed and I was on my way. Thank you Fields Mercedes for being a very personable franchise. Thank you Natalie for being such and excellent employee who worked very hard to coordinate everything for my safety in my vehicle. Excellent work and a very very good job...!!! Thank you.

  Nick in service is amazing. We only wish their location was here in Nashville and we could use them all the time. We purchased a ML from another local dealership and had quite a time of it - not a good experience. However, Nick helped us out a ton by being up front about what needed work and also keeping it professional when the other dealership blatantly lied during negotiations and said he'd given them our service eval (not true). When we did finally buy the car he took care of what we needed and even gave us a detailed report of what was important/what could wait. I really have never been as pleased with an auto service department as I was with Fields.

  Purchased my first Mercedes at this place after searching and visiting other Mercedes dealerships. This dealership was the best of about 8 we visited. No pressure and so relaxed. Richardo Gonzalez was a great salesman. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and about the dealership. Awesome salesman....

  We didn’t expected to leave the dealer with the car we needed for our company, but Mr Ron Bigler worked out with our budget and we got a great deal in the car that works the best for our company needs. Definitely recommend Fields Motorcars. Dream cars and amazing customer services. What a great combination.

  Bought my first Mercedes working with Philip Nunez. He did a great job making sure my needs were met. William also went above and beyond to ensure my car had what it needed! I highly recommend going to Fields if you need a Mercedes Benz.
