“Nice apartments. Very spacious feeling inside if you opt for the solarium and not the patio. I did not realize my building was located directly next to the interstate so that's on me for not checking before hand, I hear it at night. Maintenance requests always get answered within 12-24 hours. My A/C went bad and it was very promptly fixed. They even gave me a temporary ac unit. Highly recommend arbor glen. The office staff is also amazing, super sweet and professional.”

“I was taking a group of 29 children to an event in Orlando today. 7/9/14 The bus I was driving broke down on I-4 exit 33 . As we were looking over the problem and seeing if there was anything we could do to fix it, one of the fire chief's (I think) pulled up and asked if we needed any help. He took me to a gas station so I could purchase water then he purchased a cooler to put the water in. He did this out of his own pocket which is very rare in this day and age. When we got back to the bus one of his trucks pulled up with ice and they stayed with us till they had arranged for the mobile home park (Lakeland Harbor) across the street to allow us to stay in the club house which had A/C.. I can not say enough about how helpful everyone was and want to give them our sincere thanks for everything they did for the kids. ”

“A couple of years ago I wrote a review about Arbor Hills. My wife's 86 year old uncle lived there all this time, and I still mean everything I said about the place. Since then his health has sadly detreated and in need of dedicated care. The owners and the staff made the transition to Arbor Oaks unbelievably easy. He has received the care he needed above all expectations. He has led the lifestyle of a king in this home. I can't say enough for the people who care for these residents. I do mean care, because they do. It's people like Mary, Becky, Orlando, and Paul just to name a few, who become friends and attached to the welfare of they're residents. My wife's 86 year old uncle didn't just live there. He enjoyed being there and made his last days happy ones. Truth be known, this wonderful place probably prolonged his life because of the care and the atmosphere, this staff has supplied. Our personal thanks to everyone there and thank God for this wonderful place.”
