  People are often scared when they walk into a gym as a new member. So many fit people, big guys, and scary machines that looks like they could fold them in half. They have no idea what they are doing beside walking on a treadmill. Well at muscle central the people make the gym. Everyone there is willing to help anyone. It’s a family owned gym that cares about their members and their wellbeing. Linda puts on so many classes that you can’t help but to be involved. Many people would see the size as a downfall, but in reality you aren’t waiting for machines or watching people stand around on their phone holding up a machine. Everyone their has a mindset of living a better lifestyle. Stop by and see what muscle central is about. You won’t want to go else where.

  If you’re looking for a smaller gym with a more friendly feel, then look no further. Great group of women attending the classes and challenges and keeping each other motivated. Small group training is also a great way to keep yourself accountable and reach your goals. Highly recommend!

  I have been a member at multiple gyms and never enjoyed going. But Muscle Central is different, you don't feel judged because your not already fit. There is not a bunch of weight slamming muscle heads blocking all the mirrors here. The classes are awesome, I actually am excited when its a class day.

  I have been a member for 6 months now and absolutely like the gym & staff. I always feel comfortable and welcome.

  I am new to the gym and I absolutely love it! Linda and James are the owners and they help in every way they can! They are open 24 hours a day and it is super convenient for a schedule like mine and my husbands!
