“I scheduled my RV to have an oil change. It has a Chevy workhorse engine, but that didn’t affect taking it to this Ford dealer. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly and completed the oil change in less time than estimated. After I drove home I checked the oil level and saw that too much oil had been added. I called the office and described the problem and spoke with Chuck. I explained that I did not want to drive back to have the oil level corrected because it might damage the engine. He Completely understood and sent A mobile tech within two hours to correct the problem. The service tech that showed up was the most friendly, professional and competent service tech I’ve ever run into. He spoke very highly of the dealership and completed his task quickly and even apologized for the inconvenience that I went through. I am thoroughly impressed with this RV truck service center.”

“Had the Kinetico water filtration installed Jan, 2019, including the R/O system. Cost was on the high side, but the equipment seems to be well made in the USA and the installation was clean and professional. So far, the system meets all expectations. It runs efficiently without electricity and does not affect water pressure. Also seems to use very little salt, a good thing. We have no regrets going with Kinetico.”
