“Michelle is truly an amazing yoga teacher!! She’s even an amazing person inside and out. She is passionate about what she does and is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works. She does a check in with each student individually every single time to see how their body is feeling for the day. She then caters her class to how her students are feeling and offers modifications. Michelle teaches all of her classes concerning safety towards the body. You will leave refreshed and wanting to come back for more!! Her class is for everybody and any age. If you’ve never done yoga before you should definitely try one of Michelle classes. She also offers privates, workshops, and Yoga Alliance certified teacher training. I was in her teacher training class and I’m so glad I chose her to guide me throughout my yoga journey. I learned more than I can ever imagine from such an incredible person!!”

The discipline and confidence they have gained has been instrumental in shaping them into the excellent young men they are today. This is a family run school that really makes everyone feel like part of the family. They care so much about their students it is refreshing compared to most martial arts schools we've been to. If you want to help your child improve in confidence, physical fitness, and integrity this is the place to come to. “People are often scared when they walk into a gym as a new member. So many fit people, big guys, and scary machines that looks like they could fold them in half. They have no idea what they are doing beside walking on a treadmill. Well at muscle central the people make the gym. Everyone there is willing to help anyone. It’s a family owned gym that cares about their members and their wellbeing. Linda puts on so many classes that you can’t help but to be involved. Many people would see the size as a downfall, but in reality you aren’t waiting for machines or watching people stand around on their phone holding up a machine. Everyone their has a mindset of living a better lifestyle. Stop by and see what muscle central is about. You won’t want to go else where.”

I started working with Adam when I was at my worst shape physically and he has helped me change my life and stay focused on my goals! I have worked with trainers before and working with Adam has been so much different and better! He continually changes up the workouts to keep it interesting and is an expert on knowing how to push someone just enough but not too much!
