“Very peaceful, comfortable and safe environment that feels like you're visiting a friend's home. The receptionist was very helpful in setting up the appointment and making sure we knew how to get there. We didn't have to wait for anyone to call back. One phone call and we spoke to a live person who works there, rather than an answering service that takes a message while we wait for a call back. The therapist seemed to connect with us immediately and was very intuned with our needs. We highly recommend this counseling office.”

I had a horrible experience with a previous company (I wont call them out), to the point that I was willing to sell my stuff, instead of having to deal with them. “Facilities: Modern and very clean. Wait time: There was no wait time. I checked in, sat down, and was called back immediately. When I got to my room and sat in the chair the doctor came in right behind me. You're sent a patient survey beforehand and you do it electronically which was really nice! I thought I would have to print out the papers and fill them in. You can even complete them from your phone. Staff: Everyone was friendly from the moment I set up my appointment, to when I was checked in, and the woman who showed me to the testing room. Dr. Kayla Wilkins is genuine and down to Earth. She listened and understood what I was describing... which I'm going to be honest, I was still hoping I was just full of ear wax... but she was so calm and understanding it was amazing. She didn't even mind my stress chatter or tons of questions. This was a way different experience than the last time I went to an Audiologist and I'm glad. I would highly recommend going here.”
