Waterside Place

I went to Waterside to check out a couple of model homes for a client and it was such a great experience! While I was there for real estate purposes I'm sure I'll visit the place just for fun too in the future.

I just love this up and coming area. The views are spectacular and I'm jealous of those who are building homes or living in the apartments/townhouses.

They sponsor a farmers market on Sundays filled with vendors offerings variety of services and products. Live music is available not only during this event but also various times throughout the week.

A few restaraunts and additional businesses are open at this time and many more are in the works to open soon. They even have a water taxi that will be available in the future.

It's a must visit spot!

There's always a large colorful crowd on Sunday at the street market. A nice environment for a casual walk with a multitude of vendors.
