  Body bar is my favorite studio I have been to for Pilates, ever! I have done Pilates at various studios before and have done private reformer lessons, this studio exceeds my expectations. Their staff all around is friendly, kind, and accommodating. Their studio is always clean and so inviting.
  
  All of their instructors are fabulous and make class fun, while providing a great workout. There’s different levels and different classes every day that keep you wanting to come back!
  
  Alana teaches most of the classes I attend in the morning, and I cannot say enough great things about her. She cares about correct form and offers suggestions if you want them. She makes sure you feel great and has phenomenal energy. Not to mention she plays great music!

  My name is Allie and I work for this company as a front desk associate and it is by far the best job I have ever had. They welcome everyone one with open arms and make you feel like family. I am so grateful to have manifested such a wonderful job with such a hard working staff to provide this fulfilling sense of community and love in our studio! It is a safe space to enjoy with friends and family and get your sweat on! I find myself here on my days off doing Pilates and catching up with other members and friends. THANK YOU BODYBAR pilates!!! We LOVE you! We are so grateful.

  I absolutely love BodyBar Pilates! I have tried several other Pilates studios in the area but this is by far the best. There is a wide variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels and the instructors are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I try to mix things up and do a more challenging class one day and a slower paced stretch class the next. The hours can accommodate all schedules and there is always room in a class at some point throughout the day. I definitely recommend and there is nothing to lose ! The first class is free.

  Absolutely love BodyBar Pilates Lakewood Ranch. The studio is so nice and clean. Suzanne and all the instructors are amazing. They make you want to go beyond your comfort zone while keeping you safe. I am a founding member and started when they first opened in late April and definitely see the improvement in my balance and strength as well as being toned in my arms and legs. There are a variety of classes and the scheduling is super easy and convenient. So glad they came to Lakewood Ranch!

  I am so grateful I found this studio!! The instructors are knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. They have helped me find modifications when I need them, but also nudge me out of my comfort zone. There are all different ages and skill levels and I love that every workout is different. They tell you why you’re doing certain moves and how it will improve your life outside of exercising. Everyone has been so friendly, and I have seen my strength and confidence improve. Come try a free introductory class!!
