“I’ve been shopping at LuLu’s since it opened in the original location in Sarasota off Ringling Blvd and Pineapple in the historic Fords US Garage Building. At the time I thought who is going to pay $100 for yoga pants?! LOL Everyone apparently! I am usually buying for my kids but I stopped in the store looking for a jacket for myself and was just about to walk out when Aunna Twigg asked if she could help me. So I told her what I was looking for and ended up buying 5 pieces and came back 3 days later and bought my husband’s new favorite pants. She is really fantastic and knows the product well.”

“Amazing store every time I go there there’s always something new. Employees are very nice and every time I went there it was always different girls and they are all so sweet. The clothes there are always so cute and I’m always able to find something there for me, they have a variety of different styles which is what I love to see in a store. “I just visited the Athleta at UTC this week. Even though it is a busy time of year the customer service was wonderful. Sales people were not intrusive and were always available to answer questions, help me find things and consult on style and size. They checked a couple items online without being asked when I was looking for something not in the store. They also brought different size items to my dressing room when I realized I needed a different fit! It was like shopping with a best friend! The clothes are wonderful -I have shopped Athleta online for many years and I find these are the clothes I reach for regularly - they are comfortable, they look great and they wear well. They even hold up to heavy workouts. I especially like the new Momentum top - it is very flattering - there is even one with sparkle - great for the holidays, that is soft and comfortable. I have shopped in Athleta stores out of state before, but this store at UTC is really outstanding!”

“I want to share my 5 star experience with every/any one that will read this. Back in April of 2022, I was in the University Town Center store and was helped by Matt. Not to sound like an old man, but I find that the people that are in stores to “help” are not always too helpful and can be a bit lazy. Matt was the most helpful associate I’ve ever encountered at the retail level. He explained the difference in the cuts and styles of each shirt without making me feel this was a pain. He offered the help with having to ask him. I actually called the store to speak with his manager to compliment him. This is where I met Lynn. Lynn was happy to hear about her employee and was extremely friendly and gracious about the entire event. I called the store on 9/2/2022 to order a few more shirts and Lynn answered. Not only did she remember me, she was fully aware of what I needed and helped me navigate through the website so I can use the gift card I received for Fathers Day.
