“We contracted with Graber Co for a whole house renovation of our kitchen, bathrooms, and floors as well as upgrades to our electrical, lighting, plumbing and gas. A key factor for us was trust since we were handing over the keys to our house for 5-6 months while Graber Co. did the work. Our due diligence, including interviews and references, reaffirmed their good reputation. We very much appreciated the time and patience on the part of Graber Co as we worked to properly define the scope of work and associated contract terms. We never felt rushed nor pressured. A special thanks goes to their Lead Designer who always responded to our design ideas/questions with honest and practical advice. This really helped us find the right balance between esthetics and cost effectiveness. Work progressed in accordance with the schedule, with photo/video check-ins as required to confirm design decisions and construction details. We had two scheduled walk-throughs which went well, with all issues resolved timely and without fuss. In the end, we felt good about the quality of work and especially the stewardship of our home by Graber Co while we were not there. Even our neighbors were happy with how Graber Co conducted their work and how they maintained a clean job site. Overall, we would highly recommend Graber Co. We were pleased with their design and contracting services, their communication throughout and their commitment to a quality outcome.”

As far as my experience today, the service was unbeatable! Friendly staff who were constantly refilling chips , salsa, and water. Our order came so fast and the food was delicious!! The atmosphere was unique and authentic. I will definitely go back if I get the chance.”

I played pickleball this afternoon at this new, beautiful facility and the courts are amazing with fences between courts so balls will not be rolling on your court to disrupt your play. All of the people that they've hired truly care about you and your happiness. I also played table tennis (ping pong) upstairs. I would recommend investing, becoming a member, or both.”

“My barber Chai Perez is the Ritz-Carlton 5-star equivalent of hair magic and hair detail. As someone that travels a lot and gets hair cuts in a lot of places, I sadly have received not so great haircuts over the years between CT, AZ, CA, etc. Every time I am in town in Sarasota, FL I know it's going to be a great, peaceful, well done haircut. She is patient and asks clarifying questions just to make sure she is getting the hair and beard right along the process. While it's priced premium, it's worth every penny to have such high quality barbers working at ManCave Waterside. Highly recommended!”

“A few months ago, my sister & I were looking for a new memory care residence to move our mom to. At that time, Poet's Walk had nobody managing the residence and we felt our mom deserved a better quality of care than she was receiving there.. Then, Courtney, the new director, and Nadine, the head of nursing, arrived. It has barely been three months, and there is no longer a reason to move Mom. Courtney and Nadine have cleaned house replacing (and adding) staff where needed, implemented training and orientation for all, created a more targeted activity program, and have built a cleaner, safer and more caring community. Individual needs of residents are being addressed on an ongoing basis, and as the out-of-town daughter of a parent with Dementia, I appreciate the candid, yet empathetic support given to our family. I am "wowed" by the progress and direction of this community. Google will need to add additional star options for Poet's Walk in another few months!!!!”

Has answered any questions he or I have had. And his office staff is excellent. When you call and ask a question the office gets back to you promptly. They listened to concerns about his prescription and made a change to try and alleviate some side effects. Without a doubt a great and caring doctor.”
