“Place is quiet and safe, everybody is in basically in their place. I wish the gate would remain closed. Bruce is awesome and management are always helpful and friendly. I like the apartments but they DEFINETLY need an upgrade.. All appliances are old, I even offered to pay more on my monthly rent to get new appliances and was denied after being told yes. But overall it's a nice place to live.”
