“Update- really appreciate the follow up from the manager on the matter. She expressed care and concern. Thank you, Christine Bachand for your assistance! I was really disappointed with Hand & Stone. I received a gift for a 1 hr massage. My appointment was at 6:30. I didn’t get seen till 6:45. I realized when I got in the car at 7:25 that I was shortchanged more than 20 minutes of my “50 actual massage” minutes. I felt like she shortchanged my time to make up for the fact that she was running late. All they were willing to do was offer me a free upgrade for the next time.”
