“I've been driving around for roughly 2 hours and visited about 10 shops looking for somewhere to align my car but was turned away and refused help meat every shop until Inlign. I called up Denzel and without hesitation told me to come by, got my car in literally minutes after arriving with no appointment at all. They went above and beyond getting me in with no wait. Amazing customer service , tech did a great job with the alignment and the couldn't be happier. They earned a life time customer today and I will never forget this.”

“I’ve never had and “issue” with Bill Ray Nissan Service Department until last time I was there. First with the good: they were always quick, they don’t hassle you to get unnecessary services done, the employees are truly experts. Back to my “issue”. My appointment for my oil change was at 3, I had to wait around for about 10 minutes with no employees in sight. Finally once I caught the attention of a cashier, who mentioned the employees were taking a late lunch and would be back soon... at 3 PM... Once the employees in charge of my car showed up they seemed nonchalant and didn’t apologize for the wait. Nevertheless I will be back because I feel like they do know what’s best for my car. Just hoping I won’t have this same experience next time.”

Most recent I removed a tree from the front of my home and the sun would barrel in through a large window that was previously covered by the tree. I explained to David the purpose of what I wanted the tint for and he came and did the install two days later. I couldn't be happier with the way the tint came out on both my car and especially my home! He has always professional, knowledgeable, and personable. “I went to Ruben’s with 3 tires I purchased elsewhere which did me no good. The guy who helped me got me into a matched set of tires for my wife’s Jeep. They made money on me, but they’re fair; not greedy. Good attitude and positive about generating customer goodwill. I would always recommend Ruben’s, unless you’re the kind of person who needs to pay full retail in order to be satisfied. These aren’t brand new, but they match. These are people working to make a living, without taking advantage of the average customer who knows nothing about tires, mounting, and balancing. Try doing this at Pep Boys and you’ll see how tire people can take you to the cleaner’s. Ruben’s is a goldmine; but they’re doing it with finesse.”
