    I love going fishing off of the Wekiva River! We try and get there as soon as they open, 8:00 AM, and we launch our john boat. We take Wekiva down a little ways to our secret fishing hot spot and that's when the fun really starts! Also, Wekiva Island lets you rent kayaks in case you don't have a boat.
