So I'm not sure where the other comments came from as everything was itemized and broken down and approved before doing anything. The office was very efficient, I haven't waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby. Finally, they were very flexible in scheduling things and able to move an appoint up at the last minute.”

“So glad they put a Publix closer to us in Chuluota. The store is clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. The only complaint I have is when I order a sub online for pick up I keep receiving soggy sandwiches even though I have the condiment sauce on the side in a packet. The only reason I can think of that would cause the sandwich to be so soggy is they don't use a slotted spoon when doling out the ingredients that are sitting in a water base such as olives, banana peppers etc. The bread is so soggy and dripping liquids making the sandwich messy and less tasty.”

From my first google search it was clear that Palm Tree Pool was well liked in the community. Paul came out the same day we called to assess if the heater we wanted would be a good choice, and everything was promptly ordered and installed! I’ve been out to check the water temperature a few times since they left, and we can’t wait to jump in with the kiddos and enjoy the pool all winter long. “This place has a variety of indoor play toys and activities for children. My son started going there when he was 18 months and there are kids up to 3 years old I've see there. After our first visit my son loved it so much we took the monthly pass for unlimited visits during open play. We are there almost every day for about 2-3 hours and it provides a great space for him to play, interact with others and expend energy so he can take a nice nap. They have story time around 11am that he likes. Its a good place especially in the summer when its too hot to go outside.”

The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and he even gave me a special he was running that I didn't even know to ask for. They'll text you when certain items arrive if you ask, and their mailbox rental was less than what I was paying at a UPS store (which also had less than stellar customer service).”
