He would call me back right away if missed my call while also keeping me informed on the status of his work and arrivals at all times.
Never once took advantage that I might be a female with absolutely no knowledge of cars. He was very straight forward, priced the parts exactly how they are in store, and the labor was extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of work, quality and care provided.
