I went here after being referred there by Catholic Charities. I called, representative told me the day and time to be arrive for orientation and he stressed to be on time. I Went to the orientation, and was given an appointment. The orientation was straight forward and direct. Informed clients of what services offered and what forms, documentation, etc needed to be considered. I was seen on a Wednesday, had all the required documents ready and in order for them by that Friday. A week and three days later I obtained the assistance needed. Word of advice to anyone seeking aide from them. Be on time ( before time if you can) Listen clearly, read the application thoroughly, Stay humble don’t take firm answers from the representatives personal. Have your business in order, pay stubs, SS cards, birth certificates, lease agreement, bank account statements, utility bills. Be prepared to have this place all up in your business. People were turned away for simply not following directions and some sad to say where just looking for an easy handout.
