My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very happy with the service and comfortable beds and the rooms were clean

The reason I gave the rooms a four is because even though the rooms are exceptionally clean when you walk into the hotel it smells like settled water. I was able to overlook the smell because I was only going to be there for a few hours to sleep. We were in Mathis attending a family reunion. Another reason why I was able to ignore the smell was because the woman that was working the counter was the nicest person ever. She was friendly knowledgeable and attentive. I wish I had written her name down but I can say that she worked on saturday, October the 8th around 5:00 pm.

Nice, clean hotel. Their deluxe king bedroom was nice and spacious. But what made my stay great was the service! Everyone was nice and helpful, but I want to give a special shoutout to Sohn at breakfast! He was so kind, gave a full rundown of everything available at breakfast when I arrived, helped me as I made my plate, and even walked with me to the elevator to push the buttons because my hands were full with my plate and beverage. His warm, joyful energy in the morning gave my day the perfect start!

The rooms were very spacious and cozy. They have a breakfast bar and that was really good had a variety of breakfast dishes to choose from . My only complaint was I could not get my Chromecast to work on the TV in the room . Also the elevators were down half the weekend .
